Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-30. Short version: you only pay for images that are actually generated. A failed generation costs nothing.

1. Failed generations

Credits are deducted only after an image has been generated successfully. If a task ends as failed, nothing is deducted. If a charge is ever recorded for a task that failed, it is reversed automatically; if you still see a discrepancy, contact us with the task ID and we will correct your balance.

2. Top-ups

Credits are a prepaid balance for use on VELIN. Once credited, top-ups are non-refundable, and unused credits cannot be converted back to cash, except:

where required by applicable consumer-protection law or card-network rules;
duplicate or mistaken charges, or a payment that was not credited to your account (we will credit or refund it);
where we agree to a refund at our discretion in writing.

3. Card payments (Stripe)

Card top-ups are processed by Stripe. Any refund that is approved is issued to the original payment method through Stripe and the matching credits are removed from your balance; if those credits have already been spent, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

4. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us first at support@72agi.com — we answer within 3 business days and resolve genuine problems quickly. If a payment is charged back, the credits bought with it are removed and card top-ups may be disabled for that account.

5. How to ask

Email support@72agi.com with the account e-mail, the order or task ID and a short description.
